Fix common AIclicks dashboard issues.
Prompt Analytics is blank or not loading
Prompt Analytics shows a blank panel when the dashboard view fails to load or when new data has not synced yet.
Refresh the page
Reload the dashboard, then open the Prompt Analytics panel again.
Clear browser cache and cookies
Clear your browser cache and cookies, sign back into AIclicks, and reopen Prompt Analytics.
Wait for data sync
If you recently added or edited prompts, wait 15–30 minutes. Sync delays can make Prompt Analytics appear blank temporarily.
If Prompt Analytics is still blank after 30 minutes, go to Prompts Overview and confirm you have at least one prompt configured.
The Sources tab is blank
A blank Sources tab usually means data is still syncing or the domain/prompts are too new to have data.
Refresh and clear cache
Refresh the Sources tab. If it is still empty, clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign back into AIclicks and open the Sources tab again.
Check domains and prompts
Confirm your domain is added under Domains and that at least one prompt is using that domain as a source.
Wait for first data
For a new domain or new prompts, expect the Sources tab to stay blank at first. Initial data can take up to 24 hours to appear, and a blank view is normal on a brand new domain.
If the Sources tab is still blank after 24 hours on an active domain with prompts attached, contact support.
My visibility score is not updating
Visibility updates depend on fresh analysis and an active subscription.
Wait for the next daily update
Visibility scores update daily. If it has been less than 24 hours, wait for the next cycle.
Check after 48 hours
If the score has not changed for more than 48 hours, open Brand Settings and confirm domain analysis is active for your domain.
Confirm subscription and prompts
Verify your subscription is active in Billing, and check that your prompts and domains are set up correctly so AIclicks has data to analyze.
If your visibility score still does not update after 48 hours and all settings look correct, contact support.
I'm not seeing any data for a new domain I just added
New domains and prompts do not show data immediately. A blank view is expected at first.
Confirm the domain is added
Go to Domains and confirm the new domain appears and is enabled.
Attach prompts to the domain
Make sure at least one prompt is configured to use this domain as a source. Without prompts, AIclicks will not generate data.
Wait for initial data
Allow up to 24 hours for the first data to appear in Prompt Analytics and Sources for a new domain or new prompts. A blank state during this period is normal.
Recheck after 48 hours
If you still see no data after 48 hours and you have active prompts on this domain, take a screenshot and prepare to contact support.
