Clicky AgentOverview

Clicky

Ask questions about your AI visibility in plain English and get answers built from your own tracked data, with charts, prompts, and competitors you can add in one click.

Clicky is the AI assistant built into AIclicks. It reads the same data as your dashboard — your tracked prompts, citations, competitors, sentiment, and AI traffic — and answers questions about it in plain English.

Every number Clicky gives you comes from a live read of your account. It does not estimate, round, or guess. If it cannot reach something, it says so instead of filling the gap.

What Clicky can answer

Clicky covers three things: your AI-search data, what to do about it, and how to use AIclicks.

Example Questions:

  • "How is my visibility trending?"
  • "Who leads my category right now?"
  • "Where is my top competitor beating me?"
  • "Which prompts never mention me?"
  • "Which model is weakest for my brand?"
  • "Which sources get cited most in my category?"
  • "Which of my pages do LLMs cite?"
  • "What is ChatGPT getting wrong about my brand?"
  • "What should I fix first this week?"

For a structured run rather than a single question — a full audit, an action plan — use a skill.

Where to find Clicky

The panel. Click the Clicky button in the bottom-right corner of any page, or press ⌘ I (Ctrl I on Windows). The panel opens beside your dashboard so you can keep the numbers on screen while you ask about them.

The full page. Switch to Agent in the sidebar toggle to open Clicky at /agent, with your conversation history down the left. Use this for longer sessions and multi-step work.

Your conversation moves with you. Switch between the panel and the full page and the chat you had open comes along.

It reads the filters you are looking at

Clicky answers for the brand you have selected, and for the view you are currently on. The date range, the model filter, and any prompt selection carry into the question, so "how is visibility trending?" means over the window on my screen, not a generic default.

If you want a different window, just say so — "compare the last 7 days to the 30 before it" overrides what the page is showing.

What comes back with an answer

Clicky answers in text, and adds whatever else the answer earns:

  • Charts. When the answer is a trend or a ranking, Clicky draws it under the text.
  • Prompt and competitor suggestions. Ask what to track next and you get a card listing the suggestions with the reason for each. One Add button puts them in your account — nothing is added without that click.
  • Connect cards. Some answers need a Google account. Search Console covers clicks, impressions, and ranking position in classic search; Google Analytics 4 covers the traffic AI assistants actually send to your site. If one is not connected, Clicky says what it could answer once it is and shows a Connect button beside the answer.
  • Clarifying questions. When a question has more than one honest reading, Clicky asks instead of picking. Answer it and it carries on.
  • Follow-ups. Suggested next questions appear under the answer. Click one to ask it.

Each answer also carries Copy, Try again, and thumbs up / down. The feedback goes to the AIclicks team and shapes what Clicky gets better at.

Attaching files

Attach up to four files to a message — images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF) or text files (TXT, CSV, Markdown, JSON). Use it to hand Clicky a screenshot of a competitor's page, a keyword export, or a content brief to judge against your data.

Plan mode

Turn on Plan mode in the composer menu and Clicky reads no data at all. Instead it lays out how it would answer: which figures it would pull, over which window, and what it would compare them against, plus the judgement calls you should settle first.

Use it for a big or expensive question you want to steer before it runs. Turn plan mode off and send again to actually run it.

Conversations and history

Every chat is saved and named automatically from your first question. Open New chat to start clean, or pick an earlier conversation from the list on the Agent page to carry on where you left off.

Deleting a conversation removes it from your history along with Clicky's answers in it.

Daily message limits

Clicky has a daily message allowance per team, which resets at midnight UTC. The chip beside the composer shows how many you have left, and turns amber when you are close.

Your plan page is the source of truth for current allowances. Hitting the limit does not affect anything else in AIclicks — only Clicky pauses until the reset.

What Clicky will not do

Clicky is a feature inside AIclicks, not a general-purpose assistant. It declines anything outside your AI-search visibility — coding help, maths, travel planning, essays, translation, general world knowledge, other products.

Writing help is in scope when it is about your presence in AI answers: prompt wording, a content angle that could win a citation, an outreach line for a source that cites your competitors.

Anything that needs a person — billing and invoices, plan changes, login trouble, a suspected bug, or data that still looks wrong after Clicky has checked it — belongs with support. Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app to reach the team.
