I'm not receiving the magic link email
Magic link emails sometimes get delayed or blocked, especially for Microsoft and Outlook inboxes with stricter security rules in 2025–2026.
Check spam, promotions, and filters
Search your inbox for no-reply@notifications.aiclicks.io and check spam, promotions, and any custom folders or filters.
If you find an older magic link, ignore it and focus on the most recent email only.
Wait briefly and request the link again
After you enter your email on the AIclicks login screen, wait up to 2–3 minutes for the magic link.
If nothing arrives, go back to the login screen and use the Resend magic link option once more to trigger a fresh email.
Work around Microsoft/Outlook link scanning
Many Microsoft and Outlook tenants now pre-scan incoming emails and click links automatically to check for phishing. This security scan can consume the magic link before you ever see it.
To bypass this behavior, open a browser and go directly to app.aiclicks.io/welcome, choose Forgot password, set a password for your account, and then log in using your email and password instead of a magic link going forward.
Try Google sign-in instead
If your AIclicks account email is a Google Workspace or Gmail address, use the Continue with Google option on the login screen.
Google sign-in avoids email delivery issues entirely and gives you one-click access next time.
The magic link arrives but says it's already expired when I click it
Security tools can open and invalidate the link before you do, especially in corporate Microsoft and Outlook environments.
Avoid using old or reused links
Always click the newest magic link email in your inbox and avoid reusing links from earlier login attempts.
If you open an older email, the link may already be expired or marked as used.
Account for Microsoft/Outlook pre-scanning
Microsoft and Outlook security in 2025–2026 often pre-clicks links in incoming emails to scan for threats. When that automated scan hits your AIclicks magic link, it uses the link before you do, so the link looks expired.
To avoid this, skip magic links altogether: go to app.aiclicks.io/welcome, click Forgot password, create a password, and then log in with your email and password instead of magic links.
Use Google sign-in if available
If your login email is managed by Google, switch to Continue with Google on the login page.
This gives you a stable login method that is not affected by email link scanning or expiration.
