Use these answers to handle common billing changes yourself. If something does not match what you see in the dashboard, contact support@aiclicks.io.
Cancel my subscription
Open billing in your dashboard
Go to Billing > Manage Billing > Cancel Subscription in your AIclicks dashboard.
Confirm the cancellation
Follow the prompts in the billing portal to confirm your cancellation. When you finish, your subscription status updates to show a cancels on date.
Review your access period
Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period after you cancel. If you see a cancels on date, your cancellation is already in progress and you do not need to do anything else.
If you cannot find the cancel button or something looks unexpected, email support@aiclicks.io so the team can review your account.
Update my payment card
Open the correct team
Use the team switcher in the AIclicks dashboard to select the team whose card you want to update.
Navigate to billing
Go to Billing > Manage Billing > Update card details inside the selected team.
Update per team
Each team has its own billing, so update the card separately for every team that should use your new payment method.
Use the team switcher in the dashboard to move between teams before updating the card for each one.
Update billing details
Select the team to update
Use the team switcher in your AIclicks dashboard to choose the team whose billing details you want to change.
Open billing settings
In that team, go to Billing > Manage Billing to open the billing portal and view your current billing details.
Edit and save billing information
Update the billing details that should change, such as your billing address or company information, then save your changes.
Each team has its own billing profile, so repeat these updates separately for every team that needs the new billing details.
Other billing FAQs
You might be charged twice if you signed up with the same email twice.
Email support@aiclicks.io so the team can identify any duplicate subscriptions and cancel the extra one. You only need one subscription per team.
An Expired status almost always means a payment failed.
Common reasons include updating the card in one team but the charge happening on another team, a typo in the card details, or your bank blocking the charge. Go to Billing > Manage Billing for the affected team and re-enter your card details; this should reactivate your subscription.
