Prompt Analytics or Sources screens are blank

Refresh the page

Prompt Analytics and Sources usually load within a few seconds. When these views stay blank, the cause is usually a loading, cache, or browser extension issue rather than missing data.

Refresh the page where Prompt Analytics or Sources are open, or use a hard refresh by holding Shift while you click reload. After refreshing, wait 2–3 minutes to see if the data appears before trying anything else.

Clear AIclicks site data or cache

If the screens are still blank, clear site data or cache for the AIclicks domain in your browser settings.

After clearing site data or cache, sign back in to AIclicks and open Prompt Analytics or Sources again to check whether the data now loads.

Try an incognito or private window

If the views remain blank, open AIclicks in an incognito or private browsing window. Sign in and open Prompt Analytics or Sources.

When incognito works but your normal window does not, the issue is almost always related to cached scripts, cookies, or browser extensions in your main session.

Disable extensions and wait for new-account sync

When incognito works and your main session does not, temporarily disable ad blockers, privacy tools, and other extensions for the AIclicks site, then reload the page.

If you joined AIclicks very recently, data for your prompts and sources may still be syncing. Wait 15–30 minutes after your first setup, then reload Prompt Analytics and Sources again.

Contact support with screenshots and details

If the screens remain blank after these checks, take a full-page screenshot that includes the browser address bar.

Note which view is affected, which prompt you were viewing, and any troubleshooting steps you already tried, then email everything to support@aiclicks.io so support can investigate.
