Sentiment analysis

Understand how AIclicks measures positive vs negative sentiment in AI answers and use the Sentiment dashboard to diagnose and act on tone.

What sentiment analysis measures

Visibility tells you whether AI models mention your brand; sentiment tells you how they talk about you. The Sentiment dashboard at /sentiment shows whether AI answers frame you positively or negatively so you can prioritize where to intervene.

AIclicks groups mentions into sentiment themes extracted from AI responses, then measures the share of positive vs negative mentions over time and by model.

The result is a view of tone, not just presence: how often AI models recommend you, praise strengths, or surface issues and caveats.

Where to find the Sentiment dashboard

Open the Sentiment dashboard from your main navigation:

  • Sentiment feature is available only on Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.

  • Plans that do not include sentiment see a preview with mock data, so you can understand the workflow before upgrading

When sentiment is active for your workspace, the dashboard updates as new AI responses are processed.

How AIclicks calculates sentiment

AIclicks derives sentiment from the AI answers you already collect through prompts and tracked models.

Sentiment is attached to themes, not individual keywords. A theme represents a recurring concept in AI answers, such as "pricing", "support quality", or "integration coverage".

Acting on sentiment alongside other features

Sentiment becomes more valuable when you connect it with how you create content, get mentioned, and engage in channels where AI models learn, then use recommendations to prioritize what to do next.
